I have gained practical experience through Ecobank Malawi, where i have been working as a temporary finance officer for 10 months. I had the opportunity to prepare and maintain Cashbook, Payment vouchers, control and manage finances, as well as records, reporting on different aspects of the bank's performance to management and Reporting to the RBM of the Solvency and Daily required Liquidity reserves of the bank and performing other general finance duties. Along with these experience, I am a holder of an advanced diploma in banking, majoring in Credit Management and I am also a fourth year student at Malawi College of Accountancy studying Bachelors Degree in Applied Accounting, auditing and information systems. My classes have given me an understanding of the work and the importance of Finance and accountancy sector.
