• Handle new labeling products project management throughout an end-to-end life cycle to maximize revenue and profitable market share. • Gather and analyses market intelligence on label printing industry trends and competitors’ products in Southern African region. Understand market needs; keep abreast of technology developments/ trends in the label printing industry and competitive situation. • Coordinate suitable products lineup across various customer segments regionally to make consensus with factory. • Ability to conceptualise, plan and develop new labelling products release & launch activities/programs across relevant target market segment to ensure product relevance and meet changing market needs, including the development of business cases. • Responsible for the label printing segment sales in all region and product performance including price plans, profitability and market share of the business. • Plan and execute to generate qualified lead customers through digital marketing with each sales company, in order to expand to sell more industrial labeling product. • Planning and execution of Marketing Programs with marketing communication team and sales offices. These programs include exhibitions, product launches, partners’ events, as well as promotional activities through digital marketing.
• Quantitative skills; efficiently applied in sales forecasting, budgeting and accounting missions. • Excellent communication skills, written/verbal; constantly used for marketing, presentation, coordination, team working, reporting and networking • Research and business aptitude; effectively used for analysis of sales, market segments, promotion, distribution and networking. • Technical and Theoretical background; Experience in product line management of manufacturing processes of consumer products and packaging. Also skilled in sales representative performance, impact of competition assessments, problem solving and annual budgets/Quarter forecasts as well as customer prospecting. • Information Technology skills; Ms Office-excel, word, PowerPoint, access, outlook, cable data, data warehouse, e-mail marketing and digital marketing.
