Job Summary Responsible for promoting and selling Vanguard Life Assurance products to customers and negotiating contracts with the aim of maximizing profit

General responsibilities:  NGO and CBO Coordination  Social Cash Transfer  Child protection and probation services  Early Childhood Development and Emergencies and Relief  Gender Based Violence  Education Support Duties Specific assigned roles – Social Welfare Officer – Social Cash Transfer  Coordination of Targeting of Social Cash Transfer Beneficiaries  Disbursement of field transfers to beneficiaries  Overseeing, Managing and making field decisions during Case Management and Case Verification  Updating data in the Mtukula Pakhomo MIS, Analyzing and producing MIS Based bimonthly reports  Coordination of Social Cash Transfer Program Development partners programs i.e. Care (Mlumikizi Project, Malawi National Support Social Program MNSSP, SOSURE and Save the Children’s PAST project.  Supporting Community mobilization and awareness campaigns, preparation of information, logistics and implementation  Daily operations of the Social Cash Transfer District Secretariat Office  Other duties assigned by the District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO)
