• Carried out beneficiary registration and verification monitoring to assess the fairness and transparency of the registration process and detect related shortcomings/anomalies for rectification • Conducted planning and implementation of food distributions at Final Delivery Points (FDPs) in an efficient and transparent manner • Produced weekly and monthly food distribution reports, incidents reports and submit them to the Program Coordinator for consolidation • Liaised with stakeholders including the community on all matters related to the program • Conducted capacity building of Food Distribution Committees (FDC) on documentation of received food and use of scoops when measuring food • Maintained records of food distributed at all FDPs and assist in compiling the Consolidated Output Reports (CORs) • Coordinated with WFP on joint monitoring and conducted Post Distribution Monitoring surveys (PDMs) and compiled the PDM reports • Collected and assisted in documentation of most significant change stories (MSC) for demonstrating program success and impact. These were shared with the donor WFP • Facilitated data collection, processing and analysis of data using data processors like Microsoft Excel and SPSS for reporting • Assisted in the compilation of the following reports; Monthly Narrative Report – submitted to WFP monthly; Food Security Report – submitted to WFP monthly and final report – submitted after the completion of the program
