Throughout my professional career I have gained impeccable working skills and knowledge in project with management, including designing, planning, budgeting, implementation, periodical reviews, monitoring and evaluation and reporting. I have led in the development and implementation of projects and programmed at my former workplaces such as Africa University, Guidance and Counseling Centre for Africa, and Domasi College of Education in Malawi. In all these workplaces I mentored teams of national and international staff, volunteers and project staff in areas of education and training, leadership, management and governance, resulting into successful implementation of projects and winning donor confidence in project delivery. I have also worked with project teams on feasibility studies, due diligence and coming up with project schedules as well as developing designs for reporting standards and providing key performance parameters; which entailed strict utilization of donor funds, thereby resulting in more donor funding nd support to organizational projects and programmed.
